CycleZone Classes

CYCLE

 45 minutes of indoor group cycle.


POWER HOUR CYCLE

60 minutes of indoor group cycle


CYCLE SCULPT

30 minutes of cycle combined with 30 minutes of body sculpt

utilizing weights, bands, weighted bars, and gliders.


CYCLE/TRX

30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of TRX.


CYCLE BOOTCAMP

30 minutes of Cycle followed by 30 minutes of Bootcamp style drills.


CARDIO BURN
30 minutes of Cycle followed by 45 minutes of Barre.


TRX

60 minutes of TRX. 


POWER TRX

 60 minutes of advanced  TRX.


BARRE

 The ultimate full body workout.  A 60 minute total body conditioning

that will transform your body leaving your muscles lean, sculpted, strong and streamlined.


BARRE BOOTCAMP

 60 minutes of pumped up Barre!  More movement

and faster repetitions than the usual Barre class.


BARRE X

 A 60 minute, full body workout Combining the best of the TRX and Barre programs.

We will move back and forth incorporating the upper body and core moves of the TRX straps

and the lower body strengthening, lifting, and sculpting exercises at the Barre.


FUSION

A 75 minute blend of everything that we offer in the studio

including Cycle, Barre, TRX, and free weight sculpting.  


BOX SCULPT

60 minutes comprised of boxing drills and full body sculpting.

SUNDAY QUAD

A 90 minute mix of spin, boxing, sculpting, and plyometrics


PLYOKICK

A super charged, high energy, full body workout 

combining Plyometrics, kickboxing, and timed weighted drills.


BODYWORKS
Sculpt, strengthen and define every muscle in your body working every muscle to exhaustion.


        

BARRE

This low impact high intensity full body workout is designed to tone and lengthen your muscles. Barre utilizes small movements targeting specific muscle groups to change your body. It will leave you with sculpted arms abdominals and thighs as well as increased flexibility.
